All My Sons

WaterTower Theatre, 2015

"Tabitha Ray is also unexpected as Ann Deever, the girl-next-door sweetheart of first Larry and now Chris, the second son. Ray lines Ann’s delicate charms with steel, and it’s powerful to see her transition from the flowery frocks of courtship to the utilitarian clothing of reality..."

"...Tabitha Ray, another beautiful performance in a character torn between the past and present reality..."

Tom Sawyer

WaterTower Theatre 2014

"Tom Sawyer’s true love is Becky Thatcher, a schoolmate. Cast to portray this pertinent role was Tabitha Ray. Ten minutes after she enters, Thatcher must fall in love with Tom, break up with him and then miss his presence. Ray was so good at expressing all those emotions I never questioned it. Not only was Ms. Ray’s southern dialect was flawless but her mannerisms truly portrayed a sixteen year old southern bell. The chemistry between Ray and Cope was so incredibly good, I found myself wincing, wanting to help them during the entire cave scene."

"Cope and Tabitha Ray provide the heart of the tale as Tom and his sweetheart, Becky Thatcher. They portray the parts with all the wonder and awe of a first crush as they share chewing gum and Tom shows his gallantry by taking the blame and a whipping for a book Becky accidentally tears."

Gabriel

Stage West, 2013

"Ray conveys a lovely and subtle vulnerability with her portrayal of Lily."

"The cast is enchanting...There's not a weak link among them, with Schultes and Ray giving particularly powerful performances. Honestly, the cast makes the play worth watching."
